Kitchen pricing is by the hour or flat fee for a block of hours.

Flat fee users have scheduling priority over hourly users so they can allocate all of their time. These plans are limited in availability but are the best value overall if you regularly need a lot of kitchen time.

This kitchen can be used for food preparation, selling food to the public, hosting popup dinners and teaching cooking classes. The large U-shaped counter gives you a lot of food preparation space. The tables can all fit together to make one large table.

    • The high temperature Hobart dishwasher takes only 90 seconds to wash and sanitize a rack of dishes.
    • It’s easier to use than a home dishwasher. Just press the On button, wait for it to warm up to 150 degrees, then press the Wash button to start the wash cycle. It runs for 90 seconds then is finished. You can then keep reloading it to wash more dishes.
  • Refrigerator and freezer

    • Refrigerator and freezer compartments each have 9.5 cubic feet of space.
    • It is commercial grade so it has a quick recovery time when it is opened frequently or has warm food put into it.
